Then, at 10:30, the transformation begins. The lights drop, the music turns up, and the energy shifts. What started as a meal becomes a mood. Dancing is encouraged, glasses are raised, and every night feels like a celebration under the Mediterranean stars. Come for the food, stay for the experience.

Davide Zucca, born and raised in Sardinia, Italy, began his culinary journey in London’s upscale restaurant scene. There, he discovered Milos, a renowned establishment that introduced him to the art of Greek cuisine. This connection sparked a dynamic career that took him across Dubai, Athens, and New York. Today, he brings his passion, creativity, and international expertise to iKos as Executive Chef.

Konstantinos’s passion for hospitality began in Ioannina, Greece, where he opened his first restaurant—later expanding to two restaurants and a coffee shop. He went on to serve as Beverage Manager at Costa Navarino, refining his expertise in integrating premium liquor brands with hospitality. His career highlights include earning top honors in global cocktail and beer competitions and serving as Beverage Director at NAMMOS Mykonos, where he helped launch locations in Dubai and the French Alps. With international experience across Vienna, Paris, and the Dominican Republic, he founded Utopia Events & Consulting in New York City in 2019. Now part of Black Diamond Hospitality Group, Konstantinos continues to elevate food, beverage, and brand collaborations—driven by his belief that “the sky is the limit”.
